I would prefer giving this company zero stars! After dealing with your Hendra branch, booking a car in for a service a week before, dropping it off at 8am, when your staff only arrive at 8am, being told the oil change service will be done by lunch, just to collect the car at 14:00 without it being serviced after two phone calls that confirmed once technicians are back from their break they will complete the job and the vehicle will be ready......I found the vehicle in the exact spot I parked it the morning. Addendum to review: Car One did call after this was posted and offered the exact same explanation as was written below. Despite their denial of poor and inaccurate communication, the fact of the matter remains: I was told that the car would be ready by lunch time, and it was not, the company now tries to explain away their inadequate communications and wants to shift blame to the customer. Rating remains unchanged.

25 days ago i bought a car from them, everything seems fine until yesterday that i started hearing weird noises from the right side, i check and is completely missing a bracket on the right side as you can see from the photos, i go to them wondering if they can fix it since they forgot it and they said it'll cost me, this type of stuff is very dangerous since the wheel can come off, wouldn't suggest them honestly, disgusting behaviour

Brought my Mazda in for a general service and a water-related troubleshooting issue. The team at Hendra were thorough and prompt with the main service. The additional diligence and care they put into the other issue was outstanding, working on it for far longer than anyone initially thought they'd have to.
