VIP Car Service Terms & Conditions
- The client is responsible for covering the cost of all oils and parts utilised in these services. To ensure the quality of workmanship standards, all parts and oils must be supplied by Car One Automotive. Please note, the FREE offer applies solely to labour.
- This certificate is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, MUST be presented on car drop-off and cannot be reissued if misplaced. Please note, only one certificate is permitted per vehicle.
- When scheduling your vehicle service, kindly provide your VIP number so we can recognize you as one of our valued VIP customers.
- All bookings must be made in advance, as scheduling ahead ensures we have the necessary time to properly service your vehicle. Please note that you may request up to 3 FREE services per visit. We appreciate your understanding that quality work takes time and it should not be rushed.
- For Logbook Services, a surcharge may apply if the manufacturer’s handbook specifies more than one hour of labour. Any additional time will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
- Surcharges may apply if a vehicle requires additional labor, particularly for work vans, certain imports, 4WDs and diesel vehicles. Please note that parts, oils and waste disposal fees may also be applicable to some service offers.
- Please be aware that this VIP certificate cannot be combined with any other promotions.
- We kindly ask that you review all conditions above before presenting your certificate at drop-off.
