1. Introduction Welcome to Car One Automotive! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Car One Automotive’s services and website.

2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our services.

3. Changes to Terms Car One Automotive reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will ensure that the latest version of these terms is available on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your consent to the updated terms.

4. Service Usage Services provided by Car One Automotive are intended for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the services or help anyone else to do so.

5. Intellectual Property All content provided on Car One Automotive’s services, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Car One Automotive or its suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Promotions and Offers: From time to time, Car One Automotive may offer promotions and discounts.

7. Referral Program Car One Automotive offers a referral program awarding a gift for successful referrals of new clients who have booked and completed a service of over AUD $300. Referral gifts may be a Coles Myer or Westfield voucher. The following terms apply:

• Referral gifts are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Referral gifts are issued only once per referred vehicle and/or client.
• The referrer is responsible for ensuring the referred person consents to the details being shared.
• Employees and contractors of Car One Automotive are not eligible for the referral program.
• Referral gifts must be claimed and collected in person after the referred service has been paid for

8. Gift Cards Car One Automotive runs gift card promotions of set value where customers can get a number of services included.

• These services are to be used one at a time.
• Only services listed on the offer at the time of purchase are to be redeemed.
• Not available with any other offers
